Cancel or manage your membership

Enter the email address your membership is under. We will email you a link to your billing page with Stripe, our payment processor, where you can cancel your membership or update your card.

Pause by email — opens a ready-made email to membership@happensbychance.com asking us to pause your membership. While it is paused you are not charged and no new credits are added.

Cancel by email — opens a ready-made email to membership@happensbychance.com. Send it as it is: sending it is all it takes to cancel.

When you cancel, you will not be charged again. Your session credits never expire, so any you have left after cancelling can still be used to attend sessions. If a charge goes through after you have asked us to pause or cancel, we will refund it.
